Terms of Service
1. Agreement to Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you") and Liora Media ("we", "us", "our"), operated by AMNEXTECH, governing your access to and use of the Liora Media platform available at lioramedia.app and related services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to use our services. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all registration information you provide is accurate. If you are using Liora Media on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account Registration & Security
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
- You must notify us immediately at lioramedia.official@gmail.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
- You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
- We reserve the right to suspend accounts that show signs of unauthorized use or security compromise.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree to use Liora Media only for lawful purposes. You must NOT:
- Post, schedule, or automate content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, defamatory, or infringing on third-party intellectual property rights.
- Use the platform to send unsolicited bulk messages (spam).
- Attempt to circumvent, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the platform's systems.
- Use automated scripts or bots against our own platform (beyond the intended API usage).
- Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation.
- Violate the Terms of Service of any social media platform you connect to Liora Media.
5. Connected Social Media Accounts
When you connect third-party social media accounts (Twitter/X, Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.), you authorize Liora Media to access those accounts on your behalf through their official APIs. You remain solely responsible for:
- Compliance with each platform's own Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
- All content published through Liora Media to your social accounts.
- The consequences of API rate limits, platform changes, or account restrictions imposed by the third-party platforms.
We do not guarantee that integration with any specific third-party platform will always be available, as platforms can revoke API access at any time.
6. Subscription & Billing
- Plans: Liora Media offers Starter ($29/mo), Pro ($79/mo), and Enterprise ($199/mo) plans.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance on the date you subscribed.
- Automatic Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the next billing date.
- Price Changes: We will provide at least 30 days' written notice of price changes.
- Taxes: Prices shown are exclusive of applicable taxes (VAT, GST, etc.) where required by law.
7. Cancellation & Refunds
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard. Upon cancellation:
- You retain access to your plan until the end of the current billing period.
- No prorated refunds are issued for unused time within a billing period, except where required by applicable law.
- If you experience a service outage attributable to us of more than 24 continuous hours, you may request a prorated credit for that period.
8. Intellectual Property
Our IP: The Liora Media platform, branding, software, and documentation are the intellectual property of AMNEXTECH. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute them without written permission.
Your Content: You retain all rights to the content you create, schedule, and publish through Liora Media. By using our platform, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to process that content solely for the purpose of delivering our services to you.
9. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability
Liora Media is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free service (though we target 99.9% uptime).
- Specific engagement results from automated posts.
- Continuity of any third-party platform integrations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Liora Media's total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion with notice if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to access the platform ceases immediately. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes will be settled through binding arbitration or, where arbitration is not legally available, in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email with at least 14 days' notice. Your continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
